DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Team Up to Clean Up event at Pepper Park and help us protect and care for our coastal environment! Participants will pick up trash throughout the park and around the National City Boat Launch\, try to spot wildlife near the Sweetwater Channel\, and learn how we can all make a difference by keeping our parks and waterways clean. \n¡Acompáñenos a un evento de Team Up to Clean Up en Pepper Park y ayúdenos a proteger y cuidar de nuestros ambiente costero! Lower your carbon footprint\, divert waste\, and enhance your garden all with one solution. Join us for a one-hour workshop to get you started and answer questions. (Included with cost of admission) \nOn the first Sunday of the month\, the compost workshop will be offered in English and Spanish. On the last Sunday of the month\, the workshop will cover Vermicomposting! \nCompost bins are available for $35 to Chula Vista residents who have attended one of the City’s composting workshops or the Master Composter Course. \nChula Vista residents can receive free admission to the Living Coast on select Sundays! Click here to sign up.
