Scout Badge Programs

The Living Coast Discovery Center offers Girl Scouts a variety of unique opportunities to earn recognitions, connect with nature and each other all while exploring local wildlife!
Each 1.5 hour interactive program is designed for maximum hands-on learning within the Discovery Center’s living “classroom” located in the Sweetwater Marsh National Wildlife Refuge. A variety of daytime and overnight programs are offered for Daisy, Brownies, Juniors & Cadettes.

Our Education Department is currently hard at working developing even MORE Girl Scout programs! Do you have a suggestion for us? We’re more than happy to try and customize our programs to meet whatever badge and journey requirements your girls need. Just give us a call (619) 409-5908
