Become a Volunteer

Our dedicated volunteers and interns are an essential part of our team. Annually, our volunteers donate a combined 28,000 hours in every area of our organization.

Our volunteer program brings people ages 16+ with a common interest in nature and conservation while developing leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, and the opportunity to give back to the San Diego community.

Once the application is received in full, it will be reviewed, and we will reach out to you. For more information, email volunteers@thelivingcoast.org  or call the volunteer line at (619) 409-5909.
